Upon Employment by Persons Under Student Authorization

Although as a general rule, students are not permitted to engage in employment without obtaining an employment authorization, section 19(1)(x) of the Immigration Regulations provides that student authorization holders in full-time studies at a local university or college campus do not require an employment authorization to be engaged in on campus employment.
