 As you can see it powers up & working but the screen is cracked.

 It is missing the base.

 It needs a 19V 3.1A power adapter (not included).

 sounds like may be broken plastic parts inside.

 The plastic connection at the back looks little crocket (see picture below)

 Selling this for parts or repair.
